Are all bloggers liars?

Should bloggers be legally bound to prove that they are not unethical liars? Some people seem to think so, but I am not one of them. In my 20 or so years as a freelance technology journalist in the UK I have reviewed plenty of hardware and software that has been purchased with my own hard-earned money. I have never, unless my memory is failing faster than I care to admit, bought an item solely for the purpose of a review however. That would, frankly speaking, be a bad for my business.
