European cloud strategists should live in real world

When the European Commission issues a memo, I usually fall asleep along with most normal folk who have a life. However, when that memo poses the question "What does the Commission mean by secure Cloud computing services in Europe?" I have to take notice, and so should you. Despite the usual long and rambling approach to the memo it is worth struggling through and reading to the end. Not least as you will discover that the question being asked should really have been "Does the EU have its head in the clouds, or firmly stuck somewhere darker and much further south, over trust and security issues?"
