In 1906 an Italian economist by the name of Vilfredo Pareto popularised the Pareto Principle which noted that 80 per cent of the wealth in Italy at the time belonged to just 20 per cent of the population. That notion has, in more recent times, been pretty much steamrollered into obscurity by the 99 per cent movement. However, the original law still persists in many different ways.and security strategists should play close attention to the 80/20 rule in the cloud.
