It's hardly surprising that the small business sector in particular is embracing the cloud. BYOD culture and mobile working have driven the need for collaborative working and anytime/anywhere data availability, while at the same time the economy has driven a requirement to reduce IT infrastructure and administration capital costs. Despite the fact that a cloud service provider (CSP) is likely to have invested heavily in security at both the physical and network level, the plain truth of the matter is that fears concerning the security of data remain the key barrier to cloud adoption.
