Censorship: how China is clouding the issue

Given that something approaching 40 percent of enterprise users in China are using Microsoft cloud-related software, this is not at all shocking. But if we are talking about 'givens' and stating the obvious, then let's talk about the close on a billion mobile-device users, 500 million Internet users and the small matter of those Draconian laws and regulations surrounding freedom of speech online. The Great Firewall of China, despite what you may have read, has not been dismantled just yet.
