Think before you leap - is cloud the right way forward for you?

I had an interesting conversation with a less than enthusiastic IT user the other day. This is quite uncommon, as many of my small business clients unfortunately seem to care more about the technology itself and are much less interested in what it does, or more accurately what it does for the business bottom line. It's a case of the hobbyist effect bleeding into business strategy. Sometimes a little knowledge with a lot of passion is a recipe for disaster. This particular conversation started with the increasingly commonplace "how do I get my business into the cloud then" question.
