Backed, Cracked and Sacked

Although, generally speaking, external threats present the biggest problem as far as data security is concerned, enterprises would do well not to forget the danger that insiders pose. Think of it, if you can bring yourself to, in terms of backed, cracked and sacked: you back your staff to do the right thing by the company, but that all changes when you sack them and all too often they will crack the corporate ethics code and take your data with them when they leave.
