Can a policy pill cure the NHS Conficker disease?

The NHS looks like it is winning the battle against MRSA. What a shame the same cannot be said about the bug that continues to infiltrate supposedly secure health service systems. It seems that Conficker is still contaminating NHS systems, more than a year after the vulnerability that enables it was patched by Microsoft. What is wrong with you people?
