Russian Government guns for Microsoft over Windows XP

The Russian government, in the shape of the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS), does not seem to keen on Vista either. Actually, let me rephrase that, it does not seem too keen on Microsoft forcing people into buying Vista by retiring Windows XP. Somewhat incredulously, it is investigating Microsoft with a view to filing formal charges revolving around an abuse of a dominant market position.
