It's official: Windows 7 to be released this week!

Brandon LeBlanc officially confirmed that the general public would be able to get hold of Windows 7 RC on May 5th. However, if you are a TechNet subscriber then you can grab a copy even sooner according to LeBlanc who stated on the Windows 7 Team Blog that "the RC is on track for April 30th for download by MSDN and TechNet subscribers."
