Can Twittex tempt texting cold turkey Brit Twitterers?

Up until the 14th August all was calm in the land of the Brit Twitterer. Then Twitter announced it was pulling the free SMS alert for UK users. Now, a mere two weeks later, Twitterers are experiencing cold turkey withdrawal symptoms and looking for an alternative. Which is where ISP and VoIP specialist Gradwell comes in with the newly announced Twittex service which promises to fill the void for text hungry Brit Twitterers.
