Being Virtual, Being Elsewhere

Thanks to everyone who made it along, be that in person at the Science Museum Dana Centre or in avatar form, to the Being Virtual book launch event last week. Notable by his absence was, err, me. I know it is very bad form not to attend your own book launch but unfortunately a very pressing and very real world appointment with a hospital bed meant I could not be in two places as one - not even in a virtual form.
