Mind you another Cohen creation, Ali G, would probably applaud the bling bling association of paying £10,872 (€16,144) per month for your broadband access. Yet that is precisely what the distinctly humourless report on Internet access in Kazakhstan by the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe reveals.
